By using the Bible App, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Use of the App

The Bible App provides access to scripture, reading plans, and an AI Companion. You agree to use these services for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

2. AI Companion Disclaimer

The AI Companion uses advanced artificial intelligence to provide spiritual insights and answer questions. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may occasionally be incorrect or biased. The AI's responses do not constitute professional advice or official doctrine.

3. Subscriptions

Certain features require an active subscription. Subscriptions purchased via the App Store are subject to Apple's standard terms:

• Payment will be charged to your iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period.
• You can manage or turn off auto-renew in your Apple ID Account Settings any time after purchase.

4. End User License Agreement (EULA)

By using this app, you also agree to the Apple Standard End User License Agreement (EULA).

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Attempt to decompile or reverse-engineer the app.
• Use the AI Companion to generate harmful, offensive, or illegal content.
• Interfere with the security or operation of our servers.

6. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Bible App and its creators shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of the app.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Your continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
